We are glad to answer queries about any books in our database, particular books you may be looking for or enquires about existing orders.

We have many more books not yet listed in the database so we hope that you will add us to your internet browser 'favourites' list - come back soon - books are being added daily.

You may wish to join our mailing list, please state your interest(s) and we will email you when books matching your interests are added, just email us havebooks@blueyonder.co.uk with subject 'MAILING LIST' and your interests stated in body of the email, you can be assured that we will not bombard you with anything outside your stated interests.

REFUNDS:
If you find the book not as described in condition or content, you may return the book within 14 days for a full no quibble refund, if the book is as described but you are still not satisfied with it for whatever reason, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try and resolve any issue.

PAYMENTS:
All payments must be in Sterling (GBP), UK buyers can pay with a Personal Cheque, Postal Order or a secure online payment via Paypal, outside of the UK only Paypal is accepted.
We reserve the right to delay shipping until cheque clearance.

SHIPPING:
Books will normally be posted the next day after payment is received excluding week-ends and holidays.
Royal Mail Second Class will normally be used within the UK, heavier items may go via First Class or the Standard Parcels service.
If your require extra insurance or recorded delivery - this will be extra to stated postage cost and any additional cost will be met by the buyer - please email us with your requirements.
Valuable books may be sent with additional security and insurance at our discretion.

Every effort will be made to safely and securely package your book, heavier books are normally packaged in 'Jiffy' PADDED bags - these are much stronger than the normal 'lite' bubble wrap envelopes and offer greater protection however we may package lightweight or low value books (e.g. paperbacks) in 'lite' envelopes or recycled packaging at our discretion.
Books sent to destinations outside of the UK will be sent via Royal Airmail Small Packets, particularly valuable books may require additional security and insurance.
We do not use 'Surface Mail' as this is too slow and the costs are not much cheaper
